A: Yes. If you have picture and size, we can do custom-made inflatables for you.

Q: What material?
A: We use commercial Plato 0.55mm PVC Tarp, flame retardant, lead free,waterproof, anti-UV,to make our sewing commercial inflatables,double to quadruple stitch, PVC vinyl 0.60mm/0.90mm thick for weld inflatables.

Q: Can you print my picture or logo onto the products?
A: Yes, we need your picture or logo in Vector graph made by CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator.

Q: What included in the products?
A: It includes inflatable unit, CE or UL arpproved blower, repair kit,PVC carry bag, tie downs safety signs.

Q: How can we install the inflatables?
A: it is very easy to install. Prepare your ground, open the packages of inflatables and air blower, unfold the inflatables, then connect the air blower with inflatable,turn on the electricity to inflate it.

Q: What warranty you give?
A:  Jumping style --2 Year.   Other style--1 Year.

Q: Does your blowers have CE//UL approved?

Q: Minimum order quantity?
A: 1 piece.

Q: What is your order procedure?
A: First, Choose your favorite item and confirm the order, then we will send you the Proforma Invoice. You need to sign on it and send back to us by e-mail or fax. Second, you can go to your bank and do the wire transfer for your order. After you have transfered the money, please send us the bank proof for our confirmation. When we receive your money, we will begin to make products for you. Once we complete your order, we will take some photos and send them to you to check the item. If you are satisfied with it, we will ship it to you.

Q: Producing time?
A: Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable games is 3-7 working days, excluding transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.

Q: How do you start the order and arrange the delivery?
A: we will start your order after receiving the 50% deposit, when the order is finished, we will email you the photos for your confirmation and ask you to send the balance,then ship it to you.
